Nick came to the United States in 1995 when he was Ten years old. Together with his family he wanted to achieve The American Dream. Living in New York, Nick was exposed to the diverse cultures, languages, and tastes he had never seen before. This was the first time he ever saw the entire world come together in one place. Nick's Grill is a concept of all the colors of the world coming together and offering us their tastes in a modern era.
